Location is great, less than 15 min. on foot to the shopping area and touristic attractions, the train station is across the street and a parking house is right in front of the hotel. It was super quiet, which is much appreciated especially during the night. The bed was king-size, with one single big matress, not 2 separate ones.

Friendly staff, large and comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, good central location. Rooms are very clean, bathrooms are in excellent condition and with all necessary toiletries. The elevators are quite and very efficient.

Breakfast was good and this room was located at the quiet site. The window could open. Extra sofabed was comfortable. Coffee and tea complete.

We had a comfortable room for three. We were well connected with a parking garage right in front of the Hotel and could leave early as we needed. We were close to the old inner city and had a wonderful walk there.

Top interior design, i'd love to know who the interior designer was? She/he has great taste. good sauna and gym, affordable indoor parking space across the street.

This was so far the best hotel I have ever stayed in Germany. Period. The room was spacious and clean. I could sleep well at night, thanks to the comfortable and warm bed, too. Friendly receptionists and workers, which always greeted us with smiles and respect. The location is also central, and we did not have to stroll so far to reach the hotel from the train station. If I must write everything good from this hotel, trust me, I could have made a book. Will definitely stay here again.

Rooms are spacious and soundproofing is good enough for a restful night. Staff is amazing: professional, friendly and accomodating including in the context of a very late arrival. I have stayed in several similarly priced hotels in Münster, and this is by far my favourite option.

The room i stayed was quite big and stylish. When we arrived we got a glass of prosecco while waiting in the lobby to be checked in. The workers were very nice and helpful. I loved the sauna in the last floor, quiet and relaxing.
