Rooms are spacious and soundproofing is good enough for a restful night. Staff is amazing: professional, friendly and accomodating including in the context of a very late arrival. I have stayed in several similarly priced hotels in Münster, and this is by far my favourite option.

The person working the front desk when I arrived was very helpful with a friendly, calm, relaxed manner. She also spoke English very well which I very much appreciated. The room was very clean, well appointed and the bed was actually comfortable :). Thanks for that!!

The room i stayed was quite big and stylish. When we arrived we got a glass of prosecco while waiting in the lobby to be checked in. The workers were very nice and helpful. I loved the sauna in the last floor, quiet and relaxing.

Friendly staff, large and comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, good central location. Rooms are very clean, bathrooms are in excellent condition and with all necessary toiletries. The elevators are quite and very efficient.
